That's right - today's is Julee's birthday, and the Verve Divas are doin' some celebratin'! We're all choosing a favorite Mojo Monday Sketch and using it to make her a vervalicious birthday card. And you know we always like for you to play along, and we always like to give stuff away, so come on over to the Verve Forum on SCS to join in the celebration! Now let's be honest, I'd have to create 47 birthday cards if I chose my favorite sketch (all of them!). I ended up going with Mojo Monday #46, a recent one. The butterfly from Fluttering By is stamped in Ruby Red craft ink onto the My Mind's Eye dp, heat embossed with clear powder, trimmed, and popped up. My circles are cut with Nestabilities. The larger one has a vellum overlay held in place by zig-zag stitching. For the butterfly trail, I lightly penciled the path, then pierced and connected the dots with a white gel pen. The four corners and the rose strip underneath the sentiment are dotted with Liquid Pearls.
Here's the inside, stamped with "Wishing You the Happiest of Days" from Wonderful Wishes:
