A huge congrats to Julia Aston, aka artystamper, yesterday's SCS Featured Stamper! I love Julia's artsy style!! If you haven't participated in that challenge before, it's free license to CASE away!! You pick one of the featured stamper's cards to CASE, but change at least two things about it. I printed out a handful of ideas to try, but ended up choosing this Garden Silhouette card for its striking simplicity. I kept the overall layout, but added a few layers, and changed the dp, ribbon, and the placement of the Dew Drops.
While I was at the beach two weeks ago, I took a little side trip one day to a stamping store called Artful Legacy. What a delightful place! The owner, Christine Davis, was super sweet and helpful. I told her I wanted to move in!! The store even carries its own line of stamps, which is where today's stamp came from.
