Reverse Confetti June Creative Hop

It's the 8th of the month, which means it's Blog Hop day with Reverse Confetti! For the full hop order, as well as a chance to win a $15 Reverse Confetti gift certificate, head over to the Reverse Confetti blog. If you're making your way along the hop, you should arrived here from Amy Tsuruta, and you'll be visiting Leigh Penner next (I'll link again at the end).

Our theme this month is: Masculine ABC (anything but a card).

With baseball season wrapping up soon, I decided to come up with some packaging for a coach's gift. I love crafting with glassine bags! This one was perfect for my odd-size restaurant gift certificate.

The sentiment was done with a combination of the Circle Sentiments stamp set, a Fancy Words Confetti Cuts die, and the Scalloped Circle Confetti Cuts die. Along the bottom, I added some Star Garland Confetti Cuts diecuts, in team colors, of course, and a "#1" accent, which was done with Winning stamps and a Winning Confetti Cuts die.

My favorite part is the baseball stitching. I used a border image from Fancy Word Coordinates to stamp the stitching. The image comes as a straight line, but it's easy enough to arrange it on a block with a slight curve.

INK:  Hero Arts Navy and Red Royal; Versamark

PAPER: white, navy, red, light gray card stock

OTHER: glassine bag, white embossing powder, heat tool

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Your next stop on the hop is:

Enjoy the hop!
