Verve Holiday Spotlight Hop: Day Three

It's Day Three of Verve's Holiday 2012 Spotlight Hops -- welcome!

Tomorrow is our final day of previews, plus our Release Party (from 9-11 pm Eastern) followed by the release itself! New stamp sets will be available in the store at 11 pm.

Today, we're featuring Joyous Noel, a set of 11 images and sentiments, and a new Plain Jane called Joy to the World. Visit all the Verve Divas for peeks of these new stamps, and be sure to leave lots of comment love. One random commenter from one of the Diva blogs (which blog is a mystery!) will win today's featured sets.

1. Julee6. Amber
2. Laurie.7. Amy
3. Maureen8. Andrea
4. Teresa9. Charmaine
5. Tosh10. Janelle

For my peek, I started with this week's Deconstructed Sketch and some beautiful papers from Echo Park's This & That Christmas 6x6 collection. More on the sketch in a minute, but first, a close-up of the poinsettia, which I made with two of the Joyous Noel images, each stamped twice for a total of four layers. I topped the flower with some decorative hardware and a jute string bow.

And now for this week's Deconstructed Sketch. Here's what we're playing with this week:

I'm love love loving the circle sketch! (If you're not, feel free to adapt the sketch to a square or rectangle. We're flexible like that!) Jen Shults has links to the Deconstructed Sketch Girls' samples, as well as the entry form, over on her blog. Hope to see some of your fabulous sketch creations this week!

To continue with the Verve hop, up next is Andrea!

I love everything about this card... great layers, nice touch of twine, beautiful pewter accents, and I just bought an aged book at the Thrift Store yesterday to use for cards and scrapbooking like you have here in the background.
