I'm supposed to memorize ten Bible verses for my Bible Study this fall, one each week. The study workbook (it's Beth Moore's Breaking Free study) even has little perforated, business card-size tearouts for each verse, so we can carry the verses with us until they're memorized. The first thing I thought was how much easier they'd be to memorize if I just "prettied up" the little cards a bit. Isn't everything easier when it's prettied up? And of course I was memorizing *while* I crafted :)
I used Stampin' Up!'s Spring Showers 2-sided designer paper and images from the Looks Like Spring stamp set.

I have nearly everything to make that pretty book. Aren't you clever to put those lovely verses on lovely pages :)
you're right about things being so much nicer when they are prettied up - even a grocery list. but this is so much better! i absolutely love it - you did an amazing job. each and every tag is so lovely (the papers are so pretty and how you combined them!)and that you can use it for your studies is that much better. i hope you share it with your Bible Study group- they'll wanna make some too (or just be jealous LOL!)
wonderful oh -
don't get rid of your picture - i love (when i go to different blogs) being able to see whose blog it is (puts a face to the name)and i'm sure i'm not alone. :-)
cute, cute, cute!
Love this book!!!!!

Love this tag book. Where did you get the tags from?
Great job on the blog. I've got you bookmarked.
Marcy, this is a little like revealing my plain white undies, lol.... the tags are just 3x5 index cards. They happened to be sitting on my craft table when I got started and they looked like as good a size as any. I just covered both sides and clipped the corners. The only thing is, they're probably not acid-free. Thanks for looking!
