Reverse Confetti September Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to Reverse Confetti's September Release Blog Hop! All the stamp sets, Confetti Cuts dies, and Quick Card Panels you've been seeing these last few days are now officially available in the Reverse Confetti store.

To celebrate the new release, we are blog hopping today. If you've already started today's hop, then you should have arrived here from Amy Tsuruta's blog. If not, head over to the Reverse Confetti blog to begin! When you're finished here, you'll be heading to Leigh Penner's blog next.

I've saved a few projects to share today, so let's get started.

First, let's have a look at the delicious Easy As Pie stamp set and Easy As Pie Confetti Cuts die set:

I started with the new Thanks Tag base (new favorite, don't you just love it?), then layered on a pair of pies and a sentiment. The pie crusts were die-cut from felt, and I used one of the Pumpkin Patch dies to make the steam.

For little accents, I tucked in some Pumpkin Patch leaves and some Leafy Confetti Cuts greenery.

INK: PTI Dark Chocolate, Canyon Clay and Terracotta Tile; Veramagic Wheat
PAPER: PTI Classic Kraft, Rustic White, Simply Chartreuse, Canyon Clay, Harvest Gold, and Tropical Teal  card stock; brown patterned paper (Fancy Pants)
OTHER: felt, yellow paper cord, distressing tool, foam tape

Next is a sweet little card made with one of the new Fall Fun Quick Card Panels. I especially love using these as backgrounds for smaller-size cards. For this one, I used the Double Scallop Garland to trim the left of the card to have that slight rounded edge. Then I cut another Double Scallop Garland out of white to use as a border.

Once again, I accented with Pumpkin Patch leaves and vines, along with Leafy sprigs. These make the perfect accents for fall cards!

Last up is a Thanks Tag plus the new Thankful Pretty Panel. I love how well these layer! I started by sponging the Thanks Tag in yellow-gold and orange ombre and the Thankful Frame in shades of aqua/teal.

Inside the Thankful Pretty Panel, I placed another felt-crust pie, and once again I accented with Pumpkin Patch leaves and Leafy sprigs.

That's it for me today! Hope you all have enjoyed this release as much as I have!

Now it's time to hop over to the fabulous Leigh Penner.

Enjoy today's hop!

It's the third and final day of Reverse Confetti's September release countdown. So glad you're joining us today! All of the new products will be available in the Reverse Confetti store tonight at midnight.

Today's post is for all of our coffee-loving 'Fetti Fans, and I have a feeling there are many! Today we are introducing Caffeinated Cups stamps and dies, as well as For the Love of Latte, a coffee-lover's dream sentiment set.

For today's card, I've paired both new sets and a new Fall Fun Quick Card Panel for a super quick cute card.

The coffee cup is stamped and colored with Copics. The coffee oval, which also fits both the cup from Caffeinated Cups and the cup from the previously released Be A Barista, is stamped in kraft ink. I die-cut the sleeve out of yellow-gold felt and accented with a wood veneer heart (colored rust with an ink pad), twine, and two sprigs from the new Leafy die set.

The Fall Fun Quick Card Panels collection includes many customer-favorte patterns re-done in beautiful fall colors. I think these are my favorite ones yet!

Countdown to Confetti - Pumpkin Patch and Walk By Faith

Welcome to Day Two of Reverse Confetti's Countdown to the September release. Today we are featuring the Pumpkin Patch stamp set, the coordinating Pumpkin Patch Confetti Cuts dies, and the Walk By Faith stamp set.

Both of my cards were inspired by a lovely neutral, non-traditional fall color combo that I found HERE at Craftberry Bush.

I started with a Distress Ink watercolor background. The pumpkin, stem, leaves and vine are all stamped with images from Pumpkin Patch and die-cut with the coordinating Pumpkin Patch Confetti Cuts dies. To ground the pumpkin, I added some irregular stitched lines. Along the left edge of the main panel is a tiny strip of neutral striped paper, as well as some torn vellum. Last, I accented with some enamel dots. I'm loving the blue-gray pumpkin!

STAMPS: Pumpkin Patch

CONFETTI CUTS DIES: Pumpkin Patch

INK: Scattered Straw, Bundled Sage, Weathered Wood, Pumice Stone, Brushed Corduroy and Walnut Stain Distress Inks

PAPER: vellum card stock, watercolor paper, Papertrey Soft Stone striped patterned paper and Soft Stone card stock

OTHER: sewing machine, paintbrush, enamel dots

This next card features Walk By Faith. Like its sister set, God Is Good, this set is filled with beautiful faith-based sentiments in the most gorgeous fonts.

To make this card, I first heat embossed the sentiment in white on watercolor paper. Working with the same color palette as the pumpkin card above, I watercolored around and on top of the sentiment. The embossed sentiment resists the watercolor and really pops once the watercoloring begins.

I accented with a loose thread nest, some leafy branches that I die-cut with the new Leafy Confetti Cuts, and some gold sequins. I also machine stitched along the left and right sides of the watercolor panel for some subtle texture.

Today, we are sharing two new sets, each with coordinating dies: Too Cute To Spook and Easy as Pie. The September release also includes many extra dies and some new Quick Card Panels called Fall Fun. You're going to LOVE!

My card features Too Cute to Spook and the coordinating Too Cute to Spook Confetti Cuts dies.

First, I watercolored a soft sky background and a grassy mound using Distress Inks. Next I created a stitched circle frame, then added the cute kitty, broom, witch hat, and spider, all colored with Copics.

Finishing touches are some silver star sequins and a sentiment banner topped with a silver embroidery floss bow. Everything is mounted onto a light aqua card base.
