Happy Saturday! I'm here today with another sample for this month's Sketch For You To Try (SFYTT), sponsored by My Favorite Things.
I've been wanting to make a thank-you note for my daughter's piano teacher for a while, and the July sketch is perfect for MFT's Who's That Musical Girl? The papers are from Carta Bella's Beautiful Moments 6x6 collection. I paper-pieced most of the image and colored the skin and piano keys with Copics. The scallop border was done with MFT's Medium Scallop Border Die-namics die (to date, easily the most-used die in my entire collection).
A few other SFYTT Sisters are posting today as well:
When you're ready to play, link up your creation HERE.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Super cute! Love the paper combination and fab border die. :)
So pretty Amy! I love this stamp set...I played piano as a young girl and I think it's great that your daughter is taking lessons! BTW, I just copied your ribbon/flower treatment on a card I'm working on. Love it!
