It's time for a new Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge!

The inspiration photo reminded me so much of Reverse Confetti's Circle Garland Confetti Cuts die, so I started by cutting some garlands in the colors of the beach balls. I arranged them onto a Tag Me Confetti Cuts tag, then stitched on a sentiment from Beautiful Banners, and accented with some silver star sequins.
Each circle garland is backed with colored card stock to help it pop more against the white tag. Super quick and easy!
