Papertrey September Release in Review - For Real!

As promised, I have a few more projects to share using the September release goodies from Papertrey Ink -- enjoy!

First up is Dress Up Dolls: Elves and Elf Sentiments, both by Betsy Veldman. So cute! I started with a white Noted: Scalloped A1 card base. The black-on-gray striped frame and the sentiment are both from the Elf Sentiments set. The gifts and elf clothing are from Dress Up Dolls: Elves.

I stamped the sentiment on a white strip, then rolled the top for a scroll look.

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black

Paper: Stamper's Select White, Pure Poppy, Green Parakeet Smokey Shadow card stock

Other: Copic markers, Pure Poppy baker's twine, foam tape

For this card, I paired Holiday Greens: Borders, Holiday Greens, and Ombre Sentiments: Christmas, all designed by Dawn McVey.

The pine borders were die-cut from watercolor paper, stamped, then lightly watercolored and splattered. I layered two, then tucked in some florals from the Holiday Greens set.

The sentiment is stamped in Olive Twist onto a lightly ink-blended and splattered background. Last I added a white Delightful frame.

Ink: Simply Chartreuse, Ripe Avocado, Aqua Mist, Ocean Tides, Autumn Rose, Scarlet Jewel, Olive Twist

Paper: watercolor paper, Stamper's Select White card stock

Other: Mister Huey's Opaque White mist

Last for today is Splits: Merry & Bright and Holiday Swoosh, both by Maile Belles.

Lots of layers here. Top to bottom: Pinefeather Holiday Swoosh; Soft Stone Tag Sale: Quilted banner strip; White Splits: Merry & Bright; White Tag Sale #10 frame; Pinefeather Striped pattern paper; and Soft Stone Dots patterned paper. In the very back, showing through the die-cut negative of the white background panel, is the Ocean Tides card base.

The white panel has a very subtle Aqua Mist and Soft Stone stamped pattern using one of the small supporting images from Splits: Merry & Bright.

Ink: Aqua Mist, Soft Stone, Ocean Tides Pinefeather, Versamark

Paper: Stamper's Select White and Ocean Tides card stock; Pinefeather Stripe patterned paper; Soft Stone Bitty Dot patterned paper

Other: clear rhinestones, foam tape, corner rounder, sponge dauber

That's it for me today! See you in a few days for the Make It Market: Post & Parcel release!!!

Amy, you have an eye for perfection that I love! That sweet doll lights up the card. The scroll sentiment, precious! Love the green and borders card. Have to case that one! And Merry and Bright is just gorgeous in green and white, living up in every way to it's sentiment. Like I said, love your style!!!
