Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: Beginnings

The Beginnings LEAD will be invited to guest design for a future challenge!

For my card, I drew inspiration from the sweet nest of robin's eggs. I die-cut two eggs using Reverse Confetti's MORE THAN JELLYBEANS Confetti Cuts die set, then sponged on some aqua ink and splattered on some seafoam and brown mists.

For the nest, I wound up some hemp twine and some burlap string, hot glued it to the card base, and placed the eggs on top. The sentiment, from Reverse Confetti's CARTON CUTIES stamp set, is stamped onto a banner that was die-cut with the BEAUTIFUL BANNERS Confetti Cuts die set. The card base has some very light speckles as well, which I added with a Stamping' Up Sahara Sand marker and an air art tool.

Make sure you visit each of the designers' blogs for more inspiration!
