Countdown to Confetti: Fabulous Flamingo and Fresh 'n Fruity

It's Day Three of Reverse Confetti's Countdown to Confetti, and we're featuring two more stamp sets, FABULOUS FLAMINGO and FRESH 'N FRUITY. I'm sure by now you've seen most of the SEVEN new CONFETTI CUTS that will be releasing tomorrow, too!

Remember to tune in to the Reverse Confetti blog for a list of all designers posting today. Leave comments along the way for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate. Visit the Reverse Confetti Facebook page for a chance to win another $15 gift certificate!

I have two cards to share today. First up is a one-layer card (yes, from ME! I did it!!) featuring FABULOUS FLAMINGO. I used Chupa's Sketchbook Saturday Challenge #125. I stamped the flamingos in a cantaloupe ink, added wings in white (stamped off once, though), sponged on some aqua ink for water, and flicked in some grass with some green Copics. I masked the flamingos before adding the ink splatters. Last, I cut apart the sentiment so that I could stagger it around the flamingo pair. Rhinestones and sequins for sparkle ...

Here's the sketch:

The next card features FRESH 'N FRUITY. I combined a bunch of die-cuts for the tag: TAG ME TOO, PRETTY PANELS DIAGONAL STRIPE, LABEL ME, and FRESH 'N FRUITY. Ink splatters and some kind of sparkle seem to be my go-to accents...

A closer look:
