You're Delicious

I love the sketch Frances put together for this week's My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge (#92). Check it out, and play along for a chance to win a $5 MFT gift certificate . I used the sweet little cherries from Feelin' Fruity, along with some Basic Grey Lemonade paper (love the cherries on that background panel!). My coloring, done with a combination of Copics, Prismacolors, and sponging, is inspired by the uber-talented Paula Williamson and Linda Heavens. I know I've said this before, but my gosh, can they color! The sentiment treatment was inspired by some of the projects in the latest Paper Crafts magazine, including one by my pal and stamping idol Jen del Muro (woohoo girl!). Love the look of the cut apart letters. I used a marker to ink one letter at a time, cleaning well in between each one. A little time-consuming, but fun!

TGI{almost}F!
