Today we are featuring All About Ewe and Easter Blessings

Ewe Make Me Smile

My card for today features the insanely cute All About Ewe. (I'll have something to share with Easter Blessings for tomorrow's blog hop.) I think this could be my favorite critter set yet! I die-cut the sheep, bird, fence, grass and flowers using the All About Ewe Confetti Cuts, then stamped and colored with Copics.

Ewe Make Me Smile

Behind the scene is a portion of the new Drop Cover Panel. I first die-cut a full A2 panel, then cut a scalloped circle from that using one of the Pop Up Circle Confetti Cuts dies. Don't you think those horizontal "drops" kind of look like clouds?

The two white felt clouds were done with the Sun 'n Clouds Confetti Cuts dies.

Ewe Make Me Smile

The "grass" is a banner from the Greetings Frame Confetti Cuts set. I curved my sentiment underneath the banner and accented with a pair of wood veneer hearts.

The width of the Cloud White panel is trimmed down a bit, then mounted onto a Stone card base. The card base is only 4" wide, so that the overhanging sheep and scalloped circle will still fit into a traditional A2 envelope.

Supplies:

Stamps: All About Ewe
Confetti Cuts Dies: All About Ewe, Drop Cover Panel, Greetings Frame, Sun 'n Clouds, Pop Up Circle
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Iced Aqua, Lime Green
Paper: RC Cloud White and Stone card stock; Neenah Solar White,
Other: natural jute twine, wood veneer hearts, white felt, Copic markers, foam adhesive

Countdown To Confetti - Circle Wishes and Elemental Stripes

Circle Wishes | Oh Hello There

Welcome to Day Two of Reverse Confetti's March release countdown!

Today the team will be featuring Circle Wishes and Elemental Stripes.

All of the new products will be available in the Reverse Confetti store
at midnight ET March 8.

Be sure to visit the Reverse Confetti blog for links to all the designers posting peeks today. Leave comments on each designer's blog for a chance to win a $15 Reverse Confetti gift certificate. Also, head over to the Reverse Confetti Facebook page for an additional giveaway.

Circle Wishes | Oh Hello There

Circle Wishes is one of those classic, must-have sets! Six sentiment circles and three smaller circle accents, hand-lettered fonts, and a mix of both traditional and more unique sentiments -- I am certain I'll be reaching for this set again and again!

Here I've stamped and die-cut a Circle Wishes sentiment, layered that over a larger circle die-cut (from the Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts) in the new Lead color,  then accented with some hearts in rainbow colors. The large hearts are from XOXO Hearts Confetti Cuts and the smaller ones were done with a die in the Circle Wishes Confetti Cuts.

Circle Wishes | Oh Hello There

If you like stamping borders and building fun custom backgrounds, you'll love Elemental Stripes! So many possibilities!

For today's card, I made two rainbow background panels by stamping the trio of stitched lines repeatedly, overlapping each color slightly. I trimmed down each panel and popped them up onto the card base for a little dimension. Before adhering the two stitched lines panels, I stamped the circles stripe image in the new Lead color onto the Cloud White card base, such that only half would show in order to look like a scalloped border.

Reverse Confetti Supplies (March release products are pictured below):

Stamps: Circle Wishes, Elemental Stripes
Confetti Cuts Dies: Circle Wishes, XOXO Hearts, Flowers for Mom
Ink: RC Aqua, Iced Aqua, Lime Green, Tangerine, Flamingo, and Lead
Paper: Cloud White, Lead, RC Aqua, Tangerine, Flamingo, Lime
Other: Charcoal Striped Twine

Other Supplies: yellow card stock and ink, black enamel dots, foam tape

Boho Vibes

Welcome to Day One of Reverse Confetti's March release countdown!

The March release has 6 new stamp sets, 10 new dies/die sets, a paper pad and five new colors (ink and card stock).

Today the team will be featuring Boho Vibes and Hanging Blooms. Both are beautiful, trendy, inspiring, and fresh!

Boho Vibes

Boho is everywhere, right?! I'm really loving the dreamcatcher, arrows and feather imagery in Boho Vibes. I also topped my dreamcatcher with a few of the blooms from Hanging Blooms.

Boho Vibes

Behind the dreamcatcher, I used some new Tall Triangles Confetti Cuts dies to create some teepee imagery.

Boho Vibes

Along the bottom, I used one of the Wild Words sentiments and an arrow from Boho Vibes

All of this is attached to a background pattern, which is from the Free Spirit 6x6 paper pack.

Pair of Thanks - Queen & Co. Heart Throb Kit

Over the past month or so, I've had the pleasure of crafting with Queen & Company's Heart Throb card kit. I've crafted with a lot of kits over the span of more than a decade, and I can honestly say this is one of my very favorite kits!

Six foam heart shaker kits, a sequin mixture, toppings for filling the shakers (and for embellishing), enamel dots, a paper pack, sentiment stickers, acrylic words, a stitched heart die and three word dies.

Heart Throb is available in the Queen & Co. store and is currently $5 off.

Don't mistake this as a Valentine's-exclusive kit (although it's great for that, too); love is year-round, right? Plus there's the "thanks" and "hello" sentiments for extra mileage.

Thanks So Much

I have two thank-you cards on the Queen & Co. blog today. Hope you'll stop by for a closer look!

This card above has a more simple design and features a heart shaker with a thick frosted acrylic word sentiment.

Thanks A Bunch

The second card is much more layered and colorful than the first, with lots of patterns and overlapping hearts, more of those beautiful toppings inside the shaker, and a mixture of papers from the Heart Throb paper pack.

You Are One-Of-A-Kind - February SFYTT

You Are One Of A Kind

Reverse Confetti's February Sketch For You To Try is winding down. You have until noon CST tomorrow, February 27 (earlier deadline than usual due to the short month) to link up your entry HERE on the Reverse Confetti blog. We'd love to have you play along!

Here's the sketch:

RC0217sfytt-2

I started with an Aqua stamped Butterfly Dreams image, layered onto a Lime Green circle die-cut, layered onto a Lacy Scallop Circle and backed with a vellum Wreath.

RC0217sfytt-3

I adhered the butterfly just down the middle so I could gently curve the wings forward for some dimension.

RC0217sfytt-4

For the rectangle panel on the sketch, I used one of the die-cuts from the All Framed Up die set. I cut it in half, adhering half to the top and half to the bottom of the circle panel for extra length. Last, I added a black Hang Ups, Too die-cut before adhering the whole thing to a heart pattern from True Love and a black card base.

Visit the Reverse Confetti blog today for more sketch inspiration.
