Welcome to the third and final day of Reverse Confetti's August countdown peeks! Today we have THREE adorable Dawn Machell sets to share -- Toucan of Friendship, Worm Wishes, and Coffee and You. I'm sharing cards with two of the three sets today (saving the third for tomorrow's hop!). First up is Coffee and You. How adorable are these mice and the elephant?! I'm absolutely smitten!
I stamped, die-cut and colored the different images with Copic markers. The hill was done with one of the Edgers Confetti Cuts dies.
For the cloudy sky, I sponged around the Double Edge Wonky Scallop Border die-cut first, then popped up a few cloud die-cuts from the Weather It Together Confetti Cuts die set.
And next is Worm Wishes, a super sweet set for back to school and so much more! I stamped a bunch of pencils next to each other, then colored them in rainbow colors before adding the sentiment and the stamped and die-cut worm.
I definitely prefer my rainbow cards to be more CAS. Let all that color really stand out! I layered everything onto a white card base and then added one of the All Framed Up Confetti Cuts frames for a subtle white-on-white detail.

ReplyDeleteI just love the colors you used in the Ellie card. Color is key for me - I'm figuring this out over time. Take that same card in different colors and I wouldn't react the same way. Great inspiration!❤️
