Today is my day to share my creation for Verve's Project Parade. Our theme is It's A Girl Thing: Celebrating the Women in Our Lives. If you haven't been to the Verve blog yet this week, it's worth catching up. The projects so far have been fantastic!I decided to make a bookmark for my mom highlighting one of the quotes from Because of You. My mom is an avid reader, and I love the thought that every time she picks up her book, she'll be reminded of the influence she's had in my life.

Wow!!! I love all those buttons. I have a hoard (as opposed to a stash) of buttons and this is a marvelous inspiration piece!!!
