Countdown to Confetti - Merry Christmoose

Welcome to Day One of Reverse Confetti's October release countdown. So glad you're here!

The October release includes four stamp sets, eleven dies/die sets, four new Reverse Confetti colors (for both card stock and ink), and a holiday 6x6 paper pad called Very Merry.

Today's featured set is Merry Christmoose, illustrated by Dawn Machel. Coordinating Merry Christmoose Confetti Cuts dies will also be available.

All of the new products will be available in the Reverse Confetti store
at midnight ET October 8.

Be sure to visit the Reverse Confetti blog for links to all the designers posting peeks today. Leave comments on each designer's blog for a chance to win a $15 Reverse Confetti gift certificate. Also, head over to the Reverse Confetti Facebook page for an additional giveaway.

For my card, I started by doing some ink blending onto a white card base in Lime Green and Avocado (one of the four new colors this month). I splattered in both green and white before layering a white 2-Way Stripes Cover Panel Confetti Cuts die-cut on top. Next comes a Lacy Scallop Circles Confetti Cuts die-cut in RC Aqua (another new color) and then a white stitched border circle from the Pop Up Circle Confetti Cuts set that I sponged with green inks.

Then I was ready to add the Merry Christmoose pieces: three whimsical trees, all cut from the Very Merry paper pad, and the adorable moose, which I colored with Copics. To complete the card, I added a few snowflakes that I die-cut using the Snowflake Trio Confetti Cuts dies and a sentiment that I white embossed on dark gray card stock.
