Reverse Confetti January Release Hop

Hello there, 'Fetti Friends, it's New Release Hop Day at Reverse Confetti. All of the stamps, Confett Cuts dies, and Quick Card panels you've been seeing these last few days are now available in the Reverse Confetti store. Happy shopping!

If you've already started today's hop, you should have arrived here from Amy Tsuruta. If not, head over to the Reverse Confetti blog to begin!

I have two projects to share today. This first one, a clean-and-simple card, is my favorite from this release. It features a sentiment from Big Notes, white embossed on vellum and layered over a rainbow of tiny All Heart Quick Card Panel strips.

The letters are chunky enough that I could hide some glue dots behind them. I accented with a trio of black embellishments for some pop. Super simple and fun. I couldn't resist making some sort of rainbow with the Quick Card Panels!

STAMPS: Big Notes

INK: VersaMark

PAPER: white card stock, vellum card stock, All Heart Quick Card Panels

OTHER: white embossing powder, black buttons, black sequin, white linen thread

Next up is more of a collage style card featuring Lovey Words, Lovey Word Coordinates, and a whole bunch of other dies, both new and old.

The word forever is part of the Lovey Words die set. To help it stand out against the woodgrain panel, I layered it onto a white die-cut and offset it by just a hairline. "And ever" is part of the Lovey Word Coordinates stamp set. I heat embossed it in white on charcoal card stock. I used the new Stamped Note for the two outline hearts, as well as the gold postage stamp-shaped rectangle in the back.

The woodgrain panel is die-cut with the rounded rectangle in Class Act. For embellishments, I added two Leafy die-cuts and a Stitched Flag Trio die-cut.
