Countdown to Confetti: More Than Jellybeans and The Tweet Life

My card today features the SUPER adorable new THE TWEET LIFE stamp set and coordinating dies, as well as a fun new border die, the DOUBLE EDGE WONKY SCALLOP BORDER Confetti Cuts. I started by watercoloring a background in different shades of blue Distress inks and two sweet birdies in yellow Distress inks. 


I arranged my birds, branches, and clouds onto the background panel, then layered the whole thing onto some music note paper, patterned vellum, and a blue card base. The sentiment is heat embossed in white. The clouds and leaves are die-cut out of felt.

INK: Memnto Tuxedo Black; Versafine Onyx Black; Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Peacock Feathers, Squeezed Lemonade, Wild Honey, Scattered Straw, Mustard Seed, Tattered Rose istress Ink 

PAPER: teal/blue and gold card stock, watercolor paper, music and dark woodgrain patterned paper (source unknown)

OTHER: twine, white felt, green felt, button, distressing tool, white embossing powder, foam tape, white mist
