Today, the Confetti Crew is giving first looks at the newest set in the Quirky Cuties line -- SAMMY SQUIRREL. As utterly darling as Sammy is, I had something else in mind for my first card. I did a little masking to create a collection of acorns to go with this particular "oh nuts!" sentiment. I finished the card with a simple torn layer of vellum topped with some hemp string and a wooden button. It's hard to tell in the photograph, but the acorn panel is layered onto a light woodgrain panel, which works beautifully with the collection of nuts.
