Just A Little Ray of Sunshine

For my sample, I stamped Rainfall Flopsey onto one of MFT's Perfect Paper Panels, and colored Flopsey and the puddle with Copic markers. The umbrella and boots are paper pieced, and the yellow shading is done with Prismacolor pencils. The clouds are cut from white velvet paper with MFT's Die-namics Clouds Trio and the white scalloped border is cut with MFT's Die-namics Scalloped Scallops edge die. The papers are October Afternoon's Thrift Shop. I made the flower accent using a Martha Stewart hydrangea punch, and gave the puddle a coat of Diamond Glaze for a little shine.

    Prfect papers ~ I have been trying to purchase this October Afternoon line and it has been sold out, but I will find it eventually ;)
